The second annual Bristol 5k Cider Run is taking place on the 25th October, following the roaring success of the inaugural run in 2024. Participants of the first run may have been apprehensive prior to the starting gun, but after 5km and 4 pints of K Cider had been guzzled down, all that remained was triumph, glory and inebriation.
So ask yourself - do I want to etch my name into the annals of Bristolian history? If so, sign up to the 2025 Bristol 5k Cider Run today.
Race Info
The run will take place on the 25th of October at 17:00 on Clifton Downs. Participants must be present by 16:00 to collect their race bib.
The run consists of a 5km run and the drinking of 4 pints of K cider.
A drinking station is situated in the middle of the 1km loop that makes up the race track, at which participants must stop and finish a pint of K Cider. Only once the pint has been finished will they be able to continue running.
Participants will be chip timed on running and drinking separately.
Prizes will be given to the top three fastest drinkers, the top three fastest runners and the combined winner of the race.
K Cider will be provided to participants that have signed up.
Registrations will close at 1pm on the th of October.
If you have missed the sign up date you can still participate, but you will be responsible for supplying your own K Cider.
